Charlie Allan and Friends in Concert at Aboyne.£6.00 pp free UK.

 

This is a demo tape for Charlie’s pals who go out as a concert party from time to time. It was recorded at a gig in Aboyne and is pretty rough. Still there is some good stuff on it including two of Charlie’s songs not recorded elsewhere - The Bus Shelter Song and the Buchan Song. Also featured is James Malcolm lead singer with the Old Blind Dogs on quitar, moothie and vocals. Alec Green on the whistle, Madeline Miller on accordian, award winning fiddler, Carole Anderson, Alistair Marshal on tin whistle, guitar and sma pipes and Susie Allan on guitar and vocals.
